The Wire took place in Baltimore and no white people were on there except the cops and thats not a correct representation of my city. It showed all of Baltimore as drugs and blks as drug dealers. But blk ppl love tht show even tho it’s an incorrect representation of my ppl and my city.

However being that the show takes place in New York the show is totally unrealistic and white washed. And that's what I think that people in general who have watched the show are mad about. New York is known for being diverse and I don't think that the show is a great representation of it.
